  WOW just WOW. We had our closets installed 20 years ago in our house by California Closets. The shoe shelves were "sagging" and the fasteners coming off. California Closet was super easy to work with. I called them to get it fixed. Sent pictures and they promptly sent out a repair person. I was fully expecting to pay for the repairs. He finished his work, made sure I was happy and said thank you. No charge. Lifetime warranty. I said I had no receipts or anything. He said no problem, we stand behind our work. WOW just WOW. 20 years later this company is good on their word!
