  VERY POOR EXPERIENCE. He wanted to charge $325 for cancelling a new patient appointment. There was a terrible snow and ice storm. And he did take into consideration how far away we lived and we couldn't control this act of God. His office staff was very kind and even agreed this is an unfair practice. I could understand if we cancelled before. But we have not ever cancelled, this was going to be our first visit. We will definitely go elsewhere. This doesn't reflect a caring Doctor.
